                                     Torry  had a All Day outing with his Cousins Saturday First going to the Zoo , having Lunch and went to The Maya runs  .

                                     Came home late and tired.  He is getting the 16th  Chemo today, right now, it’s wed.12^th.  Thank God! !!!!            

                                     He does not have Pain the last couple of weeks . He gain more weight last three weeks from 58 to 64.8 lbs

Update on Torry

 

 

 

Hello Friends & Family.   We thank our heavenly Father for his mercies new every Morning.

                                                 Today Torry got his Chemo again He is getting it every Wednesday,

                                                 Today he enjoy it with his Cousin Duane & Clara from Manitoba Can.

update from the doctor

Here is a brief report of our doctor's visit. Torry's doctor feels positive that we are on the right track. Since Torry has less pain than he had a while ago, and since according to the ultrasound the tumors have begun to shrink, he is hopeful that with more chemo treatments they will eventually see more positive results. He explained that Torry's vomiting spasms come from the dead cells being released from the shrinking tumors. So for now we continue giving him liquids through IV and resume with Chemo treatments today. We feel a measure of comfort in the doctor's positive explanations, yet the road ahead still looks very difficult.

New Day

Hello  all of you.

 

                                      Torry had a Chemo yesterday it went fairly good,

                                      This morning he went to school again

                                      Afternoon he went to help His sister Jody where she is teaching

                                      And enjoyed  being with Her for a few Hrs.

Dear prayer supporters,

 

                                          Torry did enjoyed his cousin last two weeks, they were here from Winkler Manitoba Canada.

                                          Torry is kind of stable right now stays very much the same.

                                          His blood test show good .

                                          Tomorrow we are going to Dangriga to take a another Chemo ,

                                          The Doctor give him a another treatment ( stronger and every Week Instead every two weeks,

                                          So we are hoping and praying that the Cancer will shrink also totally disappear

More Pain

Hello everyone ,

 

 

                     Torry is going for his third Chemo here in Dangria (Belize) Tomorrow Morning starting at 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM,

                     He is going to School every morning 7:30 to 11:35 AM so far He enjoy ‘s it keeping busy  Studying .

                     Please pray for strength and courage also for HEALING.

Dear prayer supporters                                                                                                                                                                                                         

 

                       We are now at the Clinic in Dangriga[ Belize] taking the second Chemo treatment with Torry here in Belize .

                       We're praying for the Chemo to be affective on the Cancer Directly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                       Torry lost weight until  two weeks ago, Now starting to Gain Weight again by 2 lbs.

                       It makes us Positive to keep trusting in our Savior Jesus Christ who has it all planned and in His Hands.

                       He is going to School Every day [its only half day ]AM, except the day of His Chemo and the day after HE did not,                           last time. Hope He can go tomorrow!!

                       HE's supposed to get the Chemo every 2 weeks. So it means to drive 2hrs on Wednesday morning and3.5hrs IV and                         then travel home 2hrs again.

After the First Chemo He did feet not very good, some pain and miserable. When they startied with the first IV here, it did not work very well to get in the needle at the Port. Yesterday{15Oct.} around midday after taking a nap, Torry had strange, strong pain for half an hour on the front left side of the stomach and discomfort before and after for 30min. We prayed,plus we gave him 100mg diclofenac and put on a cloth with sweetish bitter  ,PRAYS GOD FOR A QUICK RELIEF again.!!!!!!!!!!

Prayers Support needed

Thanks for your support in prayers, About Torry , Once in a while he takes a Ibuprofen  not every day .His appetite is better now that were at home, what we are thank full for . Sorry for not responding earlier, we are busy in our minds about what right steps to take forward for Torry, also try to catch up with so many things around at home needed.  We are still waiting for the cancer clinic to respond and tell us to come in and get the chemo this week yet.

Hi ,Thanks for YOUR PRAYERS! We had a fairly good weekend .The stronger treatment have really not been knocked Torry down so far, except HE felt nausea yesterday morning and had to throu up his breakfast and did not eat much during the day! TODAY is Wednesday morning, only here for two more treatment.

Hope that Torry can tolerate more food today ,to get more stronger ,and feel OK when we’re going HOME, what a meeting that will be ,with our earthly FAMILY again ,AND MORE PREASIUOS IN OUR HEAVENLY MANSIONS someday!!!!!!!!        WE ask for PRAYERS for TORRY stomach ,nausea and good appetite!       And Pray also for us, as Parents, to make the right choices for TORRY, and get the right medicine what HE would need, and the financially support for that…………….!

    Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; ]Torry, has three days behind Him, of stronger chemo treatments, now, seems like every day works better, even today if they did more stronger than before .Monday after the first strong treatment He had strong pain ,maybe the Cancer got more attack of the new treatment!!!!! So He’s getting two more yet this week.AND THEN---------A week to follow up and go home ,the 14^th Sept. Saturday. Torry had ate a good lunch today,[little mashed potatoes + corn] first real meal since Friday, He had mostly  drank Ensure since then. Lisa & Dave

New dicissins

Torry , Is impoving slowly, better apitite, last pain ,just a little bit most of the time!  NOW the Dr. says We should stay 2 weeks longer for stronger treatments[,because the Cancer has not shrunk enough],that it would be more afective. Until Sept.14.[  Money,] The cost we’ll hear today ,is an issue ,beside that we feel to go ahead .On Tuesday a specialist[ Oncologist for Cancer &children] came to checkup on Torry, he said to try more and gave a new program to do here, for five days chemo treatment than a week to check how he’ll respond to it starting on Monday Sept. 2 .PRAY for strength,affective,endurens ,and children at home. Appetite

Thanks for all the prayers for Torry’s Pain and Appetite, It has really change this time (week)for the better. Most of the pain has left . His appetite has slowly improved , Today he eat a fairly good meal , Rice & Beans and 2 boiled Eggs. And he felt good afterwards. Waiting to improve more yet , Torry ask for more PRAYERS  that the Cancer would disappear .

Pain

Hi, thank you a lot for thinking and praying for us and especially for Torry! Right now He’s having real pain , on his back and belly too,5:00 o clock in the morning. He’s not been eating well since Friday or Thursday. I was done with my treatments on Saturday and  I’m feeling well.

David started his treatments on Thursday. Had planned to go to US this afternoon when Torry is well enough.   Lisa & Dave

 Thanks for all your Prayers ....

  Torry's appetite is almost back to normal. He stopped using PAIN killers, which we are very thankful  for.

                        Friday we had the news from the Doctor that he felt the Cancer is shrinking!!!!

                        Last Wednesday Torry got AVASTIN(Chemo) . It didn't  set him back much.   So they will give him  3 more Treatments before we can go home .  This picture shows how we spent our Sunday today.  We have also spent many evenings like this playing games. - Dave
